Your Computer was a multi-format computer magazine catering for all the different 8-bit computers of the era. Its type-in programs (also across all formats) were considerably superior to those of its rivals. For example, it frequently published full machine code arcade games.
Although back issues of
Your Computer have been in short supply, all of the games, and many of the demos and utilities featured in the magazine have now been preserved here in companion disc format. Only a few issues of the magazine are missing from our own collection, and a collection of the first six volumes is available in our
DVD section.
We are currently looking for someone to donate the following issues of
Your Computer so that we can create the missing companion discs from this library:
4.08 (August 1984); 5.05 (May 1985) and 5.12 (December 1985).
If you have kept these issues, please consider donating them for the cause and contact us
here.
