Computer & Video Games (C&VG) in its early days was a 50/50 split between type-in games and features. The Sinclair Spectrum machines dominated the markets throughout the Eighties so, whilst C&VG would include the odd BBC game, the Acorn machines never really made their presence felt through its pages.

C&VG has become a collectors' item now and issues of it frequently fetch astronomical prices at auction. Indeed, it holds the current U.K. record for longevity, only ceasing production in 2002 after more than twenty years of publication. However, as a companion to an Acorn Electron, it barely scrapes a mention. One issue offered an Electron as a competition prize, and that's about it. Although some of its type-ins may work on an Electron, they are always headed 'For the BBC'.

This archive is provided for our own reference more than yours. We may add extra issues if our investigations reveal that programs for the Acorn Electron were included in its pages but for now, it merely keeps tabs on the issues we have already in our possession.
