Introduction

You are Pozo, bouncing at breakneck speed across Peru, New York and Space to discover a recipe, a hamburger and a key. You'll need the dexterity of the devil to avoid all the pits, nasties and obstructions en route. Find them all to save Pozo's home planet from destruction.

Scenario

Scientists say that at the beginning of time, the universe was split into two halves. One evolved to be in the peaceful half we live in, except for a destructive hoard of tyrants living on a little green planet, called Humans.

However, the other half has been ravaged by war and evil forces since time began. The planet our hero Pozo comes from, was destroyed 20 billion light years ago. Pozo has been trapped on Earth since then, and only you can help him!

Pozo's Mission

Pozo must travel back through time and space to warn his master that Dolarth, the evil ruler of the neighbouring planet has one lump of sugar in his Interstella cup of tea.

This apparently pointless information is needed because when one of his 31,462,798 slaves made the mistake of putting no sugar lumps in his Interstella cup of tea, he destroyed Pozo's home planet. Simply because he's such an evil, mafefactor, villain, devil, slanderer, caluminator, hihilist, larrikin, yobbo, punk, bully, Bruiser Meadoes (It's a private joke!), Hun, desperado, genoice, scourge, Attila, barbarian and homocidal maniac sort of a person (I think you get the idea!). Even so, historians believe it was because of an unhappy family background. (Please note that we don't want any sympathy for the villain.)

At this point you may be thinking "Well, how can I help this poor, defenceless little creature - if his home planet has already been destroyed?" Er, good question. (I think!) All you have to do is guide Pozo (our hero) back home.

But be careful, Pozo may only be 21.45 billion light years old (give or take a light year or so), but he can only survive a certain amount of blows before he runs out of cosmic energy and, perish the thought, dies. Luckily, cosmic energy pods can be found on each level of your quest...

The Levels

On the first level, Pozo dons the exploring hat and sets out through Peru. We have come to call it Peru for ease of reference because saying "a little-known ancient Inca tribe in a lost valley just outside the border of Peru" might get a little tedious (so now you know!).

Pozo must travel through Peru and look out for an ancient scroll.

The scroll gives Ye Olde recipe for a sensational time-travel pill. Next, Pozo gets out the shades and pits his wits on a hostile New York backdrop - The Big Apple. On this level he must retrieve a hamburger which has been covered in watery ketchup and mild bright yellow mustard, which surprisingly enough is the main ingredient for the time-travel pill recipe. It is, honest! Once he has had the local drug store make up the pill for him he travels back in time and space to his home planet.

When he arrives he finds it just like when he left, so he hasn't got long to find the key for the maximum security building. Finally, Pozo drops a sugar lump in the all important cup of tea*, and saves his planet and probably the rest of the universe too.

Good luck. You'll certainly need it!

* Note: There is no sugar cube in the game, and there is no requirement to do anything with the cup of tea.
